OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Seasonflow. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seasonflow. Seasonflow offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or using our software, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE SERVICE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - EXTERNAL PAYMENT LINKS & NO PAYMENT TRACKING

Seasonflow is an invoice generation and delivery tool only. We do not process, track, or verify payments. Users are responsible for providing their own payment links (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square) or instructions. Any financial transactions occur entirely outside of the Seasonflow platform. We are not responsible for the functionality of external links or the security of third-party processors.

SECTION 6 - COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Seasonflow utilizes third-party providers to transmit invoices and notifications. We do not guarantee that all text messages (SMS) or emails will be delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the Business Owner to monitor the status of their communications. Seasonflow shall not be held liable for lost revenue or late payments resulting from undelivered electronic communications.

SECTION 7 - WEATHER & SCHEDULING DELAYS

Users acknowledge that service dates provided through the platform are estimates. Seasonflow shall not be held liable for any delays, missed appointments, or service failures resulting from adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God (Force Majeure) that impact the ability of a service provider to fulfill a scheduled task.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Seasonflow, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Seasonflow operates.

SECTION 10 - SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Seasonflow is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Subscription pricing and payment amounts are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

SECTION 11 - TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

SECTION 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Seasonflow platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Seasonflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data, customer records, and content you input into the platform. You grant Seasonflow a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Seasonflow platform without express written permission.

SECTION 13 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seasonflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of the platform in connection with your business operations and communications with your customers.

SECTION 14 - SMS COMMUNICATIONS & CUSTOMER CONSENT

Seasonflow enables Business Owners to send transactional SMS notifications to their customers, including invoices, appointment reminders, and payment confirmations. These messages are sent via third-party SMS providers on behalf of the Business Owner.

Business Owners are solely responsible for obtaining explicit written consent from their customers prior to sending SMS communications. Consent is collected through the customer onboarding form within the Seasonflow platform, where customers must affirmatively check a box agreeing to receive SMS notifications. Customers are informed that message and data rates may apply and that they may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Seasonflow does not send unsolicited SMS messages. Business Owners agree not to use the SMS feature to send marketing, spam, or any communications unrelated to the services they provide to their customers. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
